Diamond Jim's is a new butcher shop. According to Clara, the butcher wears a straw hat and cuffed sleeves; there is also sawdust on the floor. They offered 10 cents a pound to anyone who purchased a whole side of beef. Aunt Bee purchases the 150lbs of beef, only to discover that Andy thinks it's tough.
