John is a voice actor on one of Aunt Bee's soap operas. It is broadcast over the radio. Aunt Bee enjoys listening daily and while she works; to the love story of "John" and "Celia Gordon". John was trying to leave for the airport and even told Celia he was married. This upset Aunt Bee, who grabbed a pillow and growled,"MEN!". He is never seen.
