Lawrence J. Cohen (October 12, 1935- December 17, 2017) co-wrote nine episodes of The Andy Griffith Show with Fred Freeman. He wrote episodes of the TV series "Gilligan's Island", "The Dick Van Dyke Show", "Bewitched" and "Empty Nest". He also wrote the screenplays for the films Start the Revolution without Me and Delirious.
