- Winkin', Blinkin', and Nod - 3 orphaned song birds
Mr. McBeevee (episode)[]
- Blackie - Opie's invisible horse pet. He was black with a white splat on his nose.
Aunt Bee the Crusader[]
- Beau - Beau was a chicken given to Opie (as long as built him a pen). Andy wouldn't let him have the chicken however.
