Plot[]

After Sgt Carter finds Pyle goofing off during a work detail he gives Gomer a talk about how his goofing off would deprive a 10-year-old kid of his roller skates. Gomer takes the talk literally and refuses $10.00 of his $40.00 monthly pay..which goes all the Way Up to the Paymaster General of the USMC! Can Carter get Pyle to accept the $10.00?
